Admission and registration for International students of Kunming University

1.新生入学需持《外国留学人员来华签证表》（JW202表）和录取通知书于2023年9月1日到昆明学院国际学院报到。如有逾期报到者，说明原因并办理补假手续，开学后一个月内不报到者，取消入学资格。

Freshmen must register to the School of International Education, Kunming University on September 1, 2023 with the Foreign Student Visa (Form JW202) and Admission Notice. Those who delay to register, should explain the reasons and go through the compensatory leave procedures. Those who do not register within one month after the start of school will be disqualified.

2. 学生报到时须进行体检并提交中华人民共和国卫生检疫部门印刷的《外国人格体检检查记录》原件。在境外做身体检查的学生，须携带中文或英文的境外体格检查记录原件，到昆明市国际旅行卫生保健中心进行验证。验证合格者由保健中心出具《境外人员体格检查记录验证证明》。如不符合要求，须补充检查或重新进行健康检查，检查合格后保健中心出具《境外人员体格检查记录验证证明》。选择在昆明做身体检查的同学可在开学后等待学校统一安排身体检查。经昆明市卫生检疫机关认证，合格者发给健康证明书后方可申请《外国人居留许可》。

Students must undergo physical examination when registering and submit the original of Foreign Personality Physical Examination Record printed by the health and quarantine department of the China. Students who do physical examination abroad must carry the original overseas physical examination record in Chinese or English to Kunming International Travel Health Care Center for verification. For those who pass the verification, the health center shall issue a "Verification Certificate for Physical Examination Records of Overseas Personnel". If it does not meet the requirements, it is necessary to supplement the examination or undergo a new health examination. After passing the examination, the health center will issue a "Verification Certificate of Physical Examination Records for Overseas Personnel". Students who choose to undergo a physical examination in Kunming can wait for the school to arrange a unified physical examination after the start of school. After being certified by the health and quarantine organ of Kunming, the qualified person can apply for the Alien Residence Permit only after being issued a health certificate.

3.缴费

在老师的指导下通过微信支付在微信公众号上缴纳学费。

Pay your tuition fee on WeChat public account under the guidance of teachers.

（2）现金缴纳学费，有学校财务处老师当场收费。

Tuition fee paid in cash will be charged by the school’s financial staff on the spot.

（3）现场办理银行卡后，存钱，通过POS机刷卡缴纳学费。

After applying for a bank card on site, deposit money and pay tuition fee by swiping card.

4.购买保险

Purchase insurance

所有留学生须购买平安来华人员保险，每人每年800元。不购买保险者不予以学籍录入及宿舍安排。购买保险者需在报到当天前往国际学院博识楼2208办公室购买。

All international students are required to purchase Ping An Personnel Insurance for those who come to China, at a rate of 800 yuan per person per year. Those who do not purchase insurance will not be eligible for student status enrollment and dormitory arrangements. To purchase insurance, the one needs to go to the office 2208 Boshi Building of the School of International Education on the day of registration.

5.宿舍安排

缴纳完毕学费和购买保险后，凭借收款凭证前往博识楼2208办公室办理住宿。

After paying the tuition fee and purchasing insurance, use the payment voucher to the office 2208 Boshi Building to applying for accommodation.

6.录入学籍

Student status enrollment

缴纳完毕学费和购买保险后，凭借收款凭证前往博识楼2208办公室录入学籍及分班。
