为规范留学生厨用刀具使用和管理,维护校园安全秩序,本着“谁拥有谁负责”的原则,制定本管理办法。
In order to standardize the use and management of kitchenette knives for international students, maintain campus safety and order, and adhere to the principle of "whoever owns whoever takes the responsibilities", this management method is formulated.
学校考虑到留学生群体的特殊性和生活方式的差异性,为保障留学生生活,为留学生设置自炊间,允许留学生自有必要的厨用刀具,所有厨用刀具均需按照此办法管理。
Considering the particularity of the international student community and the differences in their lifestyles, the university has set up a kitchenette for international students to ensure their daily lives, allowing them to own necessary kitchen knives. All kitchen knives must be managed in accordance with this advising.
本管理办法所指厨用刀具为学留学生加工制备简单食品必须的刀具,非管制刀具。
厨房刀具使用
厨房刀具必须为在自炊间使用,使用厨房刀具操作时注意安全,不得私自带离自炊间。
一经发现将管制刀具作为厨房用具使用,一律没收,并按《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》移交公安机关处理。
厨房刀具保管
所有刀具不得随意带出自炊间,负责由此产生的一切不良
后果有携带人负责。
厨用刀具仅可用于学生烹饪使用,如发生厨用刀具伤人等违反学校学生管理规定或法律等行为,将视情节给予刀具持有人及使用者相应处分或者法律制裁。
三、其他事项
1.根据公安部《对部分刀具实行管制的暂行规定》、昆明学院《学生手册》“学生违纪处分规定”第一章第十五条第八款规定:将管制刀具或其他违禁品带入宿舍者,视情节给予警告至留校察看处分;造成治安案件者,给予开除学籍处分,并由国际学院移交学校保卫处处理。
According to the provisions of Articles 2 to 7 of the Provisional Regulations on the Control of Some Tools issued by the Ministry of Public Security, legal procedures are required for the control of the carrier range, production, purchase and sale of cutting tools. Based on Chapter 1, Article 15, and Paragraph 8 of the "Regulations on Punishment of Students' Violation of Discipline" in the "Student Handbook" of Kunming University: Those who bring controlled knives or other contraband into the dormitory shall be given a warning or staying in school for inspection according to the circumstances; those who cause public security cases shall be dismissed from school, and also will be transferred to the security office by the School of International Education. In order to clarify the scope of tool control so that everyone can abide by the law and discipline, this notice is hereby formulated.
2.弃置刀具不得随意处理,须交到宿舍管理处,由学校统一处理。

1、带有刀柄、刀格和血槽,刀尖角度小于60度的单刃、双刃或多刃尖刀;
